Meet Your Coach
Hi, I am Amanda Hahn and it is so nice to meet you!
Change is scary but also exciting!
I embrace change when I feel like I have some control, but when it is unplanned it feels totally different. I can tell you that 6 years ago, I was in a difficult place with a 22 year marriage and a job that was not healthy. I had isolated myself in shame and embarrassment. I felt that I was alone and the only person going through what I was going through. I held on to a marriage for the sake of my children, not realizing how it was affecting my children. I was numb, I had lost my voice, I did not feel valued and didn't know how to move forward.
I left the marriage and I left the bad manager and began my path to transformation. I found a coach and a community of women who helped me begin to love myself again. I went back to school and remembered how much I loved to learn and found my passion for helping women who are navigating their own transformations big and small. I reconnected with the dreams of the little girl who loved to play basketball and always wanted to be a teacher. I began to flourish as I became a resource and super connector of women in my community. I found ways to foster my love of teaching through mentoring, coaching and leadership.
As I mentioned previously, I love to learn and it is important to me that you know that I make every effort to be able to provide my clients an exceptional coaching experience following the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation. I earned my undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master's Organization Development from Avila University. I have also completed the following coaching programs: Avila Leadership Coaching Certification, ACE Coach Accelerator Program, WBECS, OD Network Mentoring Program, Feminine Power and ongoing education with International Coaching Federation. I am working towards my ICF ACC credentials by the end of 2021.
I love reading, researching, spending time outside, golfing, travel, photography and someday I will get back to my scrapbooking. I am the proud mom to a son who is working his masters at Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands, a daughter at K-State, a dog and a fat cat.
