I hope that you had a wonderful and restful weekend. I enjoyed working outside getting my flowers planted and moving around some hostas.  Last week after my daughter was complaining about eating leftovers for dinner, I challenged her to take responsibility for dinner one night a week.  It was a joy to watch her in the kitchen tonight making oatmeal banana pancakes and frittata muffins with some queso for dessert. (interesting dessert choice!) The best part was watching her clean up the kitchen afterwards!!  The pancakes were very good!

I am reaching out to my friends, family and network as some of you may be able to assist me with a couple activities I am working on.

The first activity is a research project around women navigating life transitions. I am no stranger to these transitions including leaving/returning to corporate, divorce, going back to school, relocating across the country and multiple career transitions.  To be the best coach I can be; I am seeking to learn more from a diverse group of women regarding their experience with transitions. (Ideally about 30 women)  What was the experience like? How did it differ when you chose the transition instead of it choosing you?  What did you learn about during or after the transition?  What support did you have or not have during that time?  What would you do differently looking back.  These are some of the types of questions.  I could do this as a survey, but to connect personally allows for more clarity and insights.

Do you know women who have journeyed through transitions that would be willing to participate in a 30 minute interview?  This is a research interview and does not involve any sales.  I will use this information to help me grow as a coach and speaker and it will help provide me guidance for additional learning and content for future programs, courses and speaking engagements.  Who knows - maybe even a book one day.  If you or anyone you know is interested,  an interview can be scheduled here.    I have already conducted 5 interviews in the last two days, and I am learning so many insights.  I look forward to connecting with more women.  The interview times are in the evening and on weekends.

The second activity I am busy working with, is launching my first group coaching program for women:  Women Rising - Create the Life of Your Dreams 6 Week Virtual Group Coaching Program.  This program will meet for 75 minutes weekly via zoom and also includes a 60 minute personal coaching session with me.  This is an opportunity to create or reconnect with your Vision and begin to take steps to achieve your dream life.  The group will consist of other success-minded women who are seeking growth, connection and accountability.    The program begins Monday, June 7th at 7pm.  Click here for more information.

If you know of any women who may be interested, will you pass along this email?  If they are unsure and would like to speak with me, they can sign up for a free Discovery Session.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me.

All the best,

P.S.  I have recently accepted the role of President for the International Association Women Kansas City Chapter. (IAW Women).  We have an event on Tuesday, June 1st and another on Tuesday, June 15th.  I would love to see you at an event.
